  • A practical webinar on Doing Business in Benin took place on the 7th of April 2025, from 14:00 to 15:15, as part of the Sustainable Agriculture and Water Trade Mission to Benin. Hosted by the Dutch Embassy in Cotonou, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), the Chambre du Commerce et d’Industrie du Bénin, and supported by NABC, the session offered a comprehensive understanding of the business environment in Benin, focusing on key sectors such as agriculture, trade, and manufacturing.

    Experts outlined government priorities and highlighted economic opportunities for foreign investors in Benin. The session showcased successful Dutch companies operating in the country and explored how Invest International supports Dutch businesses abroad, including available financing options. A panel discussion addressed the opportunities and challenges Dutch companies may face, featuring insights from businesses that have operated both with and without external support. The session concluded with a Q&A, giving participants the chance to engage directly with the speakers.

  • The webinar is organsied as part of the Sustainable Agriculture and Water Trade Mission to Benin. From the 25th-28th of May 2025, you are invited to be part of a trade mission to Cotonou, Benin, focused on sustainable agriculture and water management organsied by Chambre du Commerce et d’Industrie du Benin, Dutch Embassy in Cotonou, Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), and supported by the NABC. This mission will connect Dutch and Beninese stakeholders to explore business opportunities,  technical partnerships, and sustainable solutions in key sectors, including horticulture, poultry, storage, processing, cold chain, agricultural waste, water infrastructure, and management.
