From 6–10 of October, the NABC, together with the Consulate General of Angola in the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and with the support of the Ministry of External Relations of Angola and the Agency for Private Investment and Promotion of Exports of Angola (AIPEX), is organising an outgoing agricultural trade mission to Angola. The mission will focus on key growth sectors: Poultry, Sustainable Agriculture (fruits, seeds and horticulture), and Logistics.
Angola, one of Africa’s largest countries, is prioritising economic diversification and food security, creating strong opportunities for Dutch businesses. With rising demand for eggs and poultry meat, vast agricultural land, and a government eager to reduce import dependence, Angola offers a growing market for Dutch expertise in poultry production, feed, and cold chain logistics. In sustainable agriculture, Angola’s fertile soils and growing population call for smart, climate-resilient solutions, from horticulture to precision farming. Meanwhile, ongoing investment in logistical corridors like the Lobito Corridor presents a chance to co-develop efficient, integrated agri-logistics value chains (e.g. avocados, citrus). Dutch innovation is well-positioned to support Angola’s transformation.
Trade Mission Participation Fee: €500 (excl. VAT) – 2 people per organisation
(Excludes costs related to visa, travel, accommodation, and meals outside the trade mission programme)Additional Person:€250
