Webinar: Sustainable Agriculture in Benin


Join us for a webinar on Sustainable Agriculture in Benin on 3rd of April 2025, from 14:00-15:15, as part of the Sustainable Agriculture and Water Trade Mission to Benin. Hosted by the Dutch Embassy in Cotonou, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), the Chambre du Commerce et d’Industrie du Bénin, and supported by NABC, this session will provide key insights into the agricultural landscape in Benin. 

Experts from both Beninese and Dutch agricultural sectors will discuss challenges such as climate change, low productivity (limited access to inputs), and market access, along with innovative solutions like climate-smart agriculture, crop diversification and improved access to technology and resources. Attendees will also learn about the support offered by the Beninese government and the benefits of investing in Benin’s agricultural sector, with real-world examples from successful Dutch companies. The webinar will highlight the resources available through RVO and how companies can leverage these opportunities to start/grow in Benin. The session will conclude with a panel discussion on overcoming challenges and a Q&A with industry experts.
