Across the African continent, many companies face the same challenge: finding and retaining qualified local staff. From technicians and electricians to administrative workers, the demand for skilled employees is growing, while the talent pipeline often falls short.
This breakfast round table is open to all NABC member company representatives who struggle with recruitment and workforce development in Africa. While relevant to all sectors, it will be of particular interest to companies in agriculture, renewables and energy, logistics, and transport.
Together with training and educational partners such as Young Africa and Buku, we’ll explore how practical, demand-driven training and upskilling models can help companies bridge the skills gap, build local talent pipelines, and support youth employment.

Programme will be shared shortly.
