For eight decades, NABC has stood at the crossroads of two dynamic economies, serving as the trusted bridge between the Dutch and African private sectors. Through introductions made, trade missions led, and platforms created for dialogue and deal-making, we have consistently catalysed the trade, investment, and partnerships that our members have gone on to build, turning opportunity into lasting impact across the continent.
This September, we invite our members, partners, and stakeholders to join us as we mark this milestone: 80 years of confidence in African business.
Under the theme “80 Years of Catalysing Africa in Motion,” our Anniversary Reception will bring together business leaders who have shaped, and continue to shape, the Dutch-African business landscape. It’s a moment to celebrate the relationships built, the deals made, and the future we’re building together, as we look ahead to the next chapter of connecting ambition with opportunity.

Sector-focused World Café Discussions
One of the benefits of being part of the NABC business network is the chance to connect directly with fellow members and sector experts who are active on the continent. To swap experiences, compare notes on solutions, and, hopefully, walk away inspired or even with a new business partner in hand.
That’s exactly why our Anniversary Reception will feature World Café style discussions, split into three zones: Zone A: Agriculture & Water, Zone B: Renewable Energy, and Zone C: Logistics and Port Development.
The idea is simple: get you talking face-to-face with fellow NABC members you may not have crossed paths with yet. Hear what trends and opportunities your peers are seeing in the field. And don’t hold back on the challenges either; chances are, someone in the room has faced the same one and found a solution worth sharing.
Register today and let us know which World Café Sector Zone you’d like to join!
