  • On the 6th of October 2020 we celebrate national diversity day. On this day we aim to increase our understanding of the value of cultural diversity and celebrate initiatives that contribute to an inclusive and diverse work environment. Promoting diversity in the workplace leads to a plethora of benefits, ranging from increased profitability and creativity, to stronger governance and better problem-solving abilities. Employees with diverse backgrounds bring their own perspectives, ideas and experiences, and contribute to creating companies that are resilient and effective, outperforming those that do not invest in diversity. Similarly, companies that embrace diversity will attract a diverse talent pool, allowing them to select the best candidates.

NABC and IOM the Netherlands invite you to join our upcoming webinar on working with African talent and creating a diverse workplace on Tuesday 6 October 2020 from 14:00 – 15:15 (CEST). During this webinar you will learn how to approach diversity in talent acquisition and how the MATCH project can provide access to diverse top talent from Africa. In addition, Dutch companies that have successfully diversified their workforce will share their experiences in how to engage, recruit, and retain talent from diverse backgrounds.
