The NABC is delighted to extend an exclusive invitation to European companies seeking investment prospects in Botswana. The NABC will visit the EU-Botswana Business Forum in Gaborone on 11 and 12 October and is looking for companies with the desire to:
- set up a local office in Botswana,
- set up a production facility, factory, or power plant in Botswana, and/or
- engage in value addition of agricultural products in Botswana,
to join us at the EU-Botswana Business Forum in Gaborone. During the 2.5–day visit, a selected group of enterprises will take part in the EU-Botswana Business Forum, visit companies already active in their desired sector, and browse the vibrant Global Expo Exhibition.
The main focus sectors of the EU-Botswana Business Forum are:
- Life sciences, health, and pharmaceutical sector
- Financial and business services
- Manufacturing including automobile and e-mobility
- ICT and innovation
- Mineral Beneficiation
- Renewable energy

Botswana Business Cocktail: September 6th
EU-based companies with an interest in doing business in Botswana are cordially invited to join a cocktail on Wednesday, September 6th. This takes place between 16:00 and 18:00 at the Royal Leonardo Hotel in The Hague. During the cocktail, you will be informed about business opportunities in Botswana, the upcoming EU-Botswana Business Forum (EBBF), and the possibilities of joining the NABC business visit to Botswana on October 10, 11, and 12.
Speakers include Mr. Moemedi Mokgosi, Director of International Business at the BITC. (Botswana International Trade Center) and Mr. Pierre Chapusette, of the organising committee of the EBBF. NABC’s Arne Doornebal will inform participants on how they can join the business visit.
