Jana joined the NABC team in April 2022 as a Junior Marketing Officer. In her role, Jana oversees the various communciation channels such as social media, website, and develops NABC’s corporate communication materials including the biweekly NABC Newsletter and the annual NABC magazine.
Before joining NABC, Jana did various internships in the field of communication, including (online) marketing, public relations and strategic communication. In 2018 Jana discovered her interest in sustainable development cooperation when digitally promoting a development project in Burkina Faso as a working student. Since then, she has been trying to combine this interest with her communicative competence so that she last interned at the German embassy in Paris and the German organisation for international cooperation, GIZ.
Jana holds a B.A. in Languages & Business Studies from Cologne University of Applied Sciences and a MSc. in Communication Science from University of Twente.
