Evi ter Haar

As of February 2023, the NABC welcomed Evi to the Netherlands team as marketing assistant. In her role, Evi supports the marketing and communications department with research and analysis towards improved communication strategies. In practice, she optimises and further develops the NABC communication channels, including the corporate website and NABC’s social media accounts with storytelling and SEO tools.

Evi is currently in the last year of her Bachelor studies, International Communication Management, at the Hague University of Applied Sciences. During her studies, she developed her interest for international events, realised the power of communication, and further explored her passion for global sustainable development.

Being born in Malawi, the “warm heart of Africa,” and having travelled much on the continent, she knows first-hand of the incredible beauty, challenges and potential that Africa holds. As part of the NABC team, Evi aims to contribute to the beneficial economic development of the Dutch and African private sector by raising awareness to the benefits of partnerships of equals between the Netherlands and Africa.
