Description

On the occassion of a visit from one of the largest business delegations ever from West-Arica, NABC organizes a Mali-Niger-Burkina Faso business forum on Tuesday April 14. This forum enables you to meet with your potential business counterparts from these West-African countries and gain more knowledge about your business opportunities in Mali, Niger and Burkina 

This incoming visit is a collaboration between the NABC and the Embassy of the Netherlands in Bamako, Mali. Besides the business forum on the 14th of April, NABC will also facilitate company visits in sector clusters on April 15 and 16. The companies are active in the following sectors: 

  • agro-food 

  • livestock 

  • transport

  • mining

  • trade in vehicles (commercial and transport) 

  • construction 

  • energy (renewable)

  • consumer goods & electronics

Mali, Niger and Burkina Faso business delegation visits the Netherlands

 

NABC welcomed a trade delegation from Mali, Niger and Burkina Faso from April 13-17, 2015. The incoming trade mission was an initiative of NABC and The Netherlands Embassy in Bamako, Mali.  

The trade delegation was composed of 60 companies from the three countries. Member of the delegation were represented from various sectors namely, agro-food, livestock, transport, mining, vehicles, construction, energy (renewable), consumer goods and electronics.

Over the three days business visit, the delegation participated in business forum, networking activities with Dutch companies and visits to various Dutch companies. The trade mission was kicked off with presentations and panel discussion, followed by business to business networking between members of the delegation and Dutch companies and was concluded with sector focused company visits. The clustered sectors included energy, dairy, construction & heavy equipment, transport & trucks, trade in food & beverages, textile & cosmetics, poultry, horticulture, arable farming, ICT, telecom and electricity.
