Form international is a forest management and services company that develops and manages forest assets (new and existing) in Africa for clients and provides a variety of technical advisory services to the forestry sector worldwide. The firm is specialized in delivery of turnkey sustainable forestry projects, management of forest assets and delivery of technical services for the practical implementation of forestry and forest industry projects.
Form’s asset portfolio currently contains two assets for which full management and technical assistance is provided. These are Form Ghana and SFI Tanzania.
Form Ghana is a forest plantation management company with more than 20,000 ha of forest land under management. The company is based in central Ghana and actively restores degraded Forest Reserves with forest plantations and natural forest. The company was established in 2007 and has planted over 7,500 ha with teak and indigenous species, to be expanded to more than 20,000 ha in the next 10 years. The company obtained a FSC certificate for its sustainable forest management in 2010.

SFI Tanzania is a sisal and forest plantation management company based in Tanzania. The sisal and forest plantations cover a total planted area of more than 3,000 ha. The remaining 6,000 ha is degraded land which is partly used for expansion of the sisal plantation and partly reforested with commercial tree species and conservation zones.
