South Africa wecloming Dutch Expertise in Agro-processing

On Monday 27th November, the NABC proudly co-hosted the South Africa Investment & Business Event , in collobarotion with the Department of Trade and Investment (DTI), and the South African Embassy of the Hague. The South African Government and its Development Corporations identified various strategic projects aiming to ensure food security and book export potential in South Africa. Director of the DTI, Mr. Brian Soldaat, presented the country's Top 15 Agro Aqua Projects currently seeking business partners and investors with an expertise in Agro-processing, as well as Aquaculture, during the event. Once participants learned of the investment opportunities available, round table sessions were held with experts from the PwC, Greenport NHN, Delphy, Rabobank, Wageningen Unversity & Research, and more. Speakers also included NABC's Managing Director, Irene Visser, His Excellency Bruce Koloane, Ambassador of South Africa, and Mr. Pecson Mathonsi of the DTI.
